| So sad after our most recent visit! We go with at least once a month, and over the last few months have noticed that the service has slipped, and now the food has followed. Our sushi rolls were sloppily made, each piece not containing the same ingredients (specifically the California rolls that my kids had). The server was taking plates away so fast that those of us left eating food felt awkward.
We left feeling like they are taking their success for granted. |

| Menu choices are extensive (see their website), but could use a little reorganizing to make it logical. Appetizers on 3 diff'nt pages? Only 2 items from hundreds are "From the kitchen"? Ambience is very pleasant. The food here is quite good. Chilean Seabass was excellent, as was my appetizer, Sunomono (Mixed fish, cucumber and seaweed with Sunomono sauce). My wife had Sauteed Veg. -also good. Tried one of the midpriced Sake's, which was good. But decent Sake isn't cheap: a small glass is $10. Desserts could be improved. Our waitress was adequate but inexperienced, & was useless in helping us to decide on menu items. The water server carried the water with his finger inside the pitcher. Euu. Still, Osaka's a good choice for Japanese. |

| First of all, this restaurant is not run by the Japanese, therefore, their "Japanese" food is hardly authentic. The fish aren't fresh. Any of the other cooked items on the menu are either overcooked, bad flavoring or just... plainly NOT Japanese. I seriously don't know why people rave about this place. |

| Let me tell you about my experiences. I've been there three times and now I swear I won't go there again. Their sushi is not so fresh period. And one time, I ordered chicken katsu, and it came out all disfigured with the breading all coming off. Their staff is not nice at all. In fact, I don't even know where they learned their manners. Twice, I was served by a gum chewing, barely english speaking chinese girl. When I asked for spare set of chop sticks, she threw it on the table. threw it. |
